各課題組：
為促進(jìn)我院與澳大利亞聯(lián)邦科學(xué)與工業(yè)研究組織（CSIRO）在重點(diǎn)優(yōu)先領(lǐng)域開展“優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、互利共贏”的實(shí)質(zhì)性合作，鼓勵(lì)開展跨學(xué)科研究及與第三方機(jī)構(gòu)或企業(yè)的合作，院國(guó)際合作局現(xiàn)征集2022年度CAS-CSIRO合作研究項(xiàng)目。
一、項(xiàng)目申報(bào)要求及資助方式
1. 合作項(xiàng)目須符合下列領(lǐng)域及方向：
1）氣候變化影響：a) Develop strategies to reduce the negative impacts of drought cycles by making use of current climate change information或b) Use forecasts and predictions to reduce risks in agricultural production from increased climate variability
2）可持續(xù)農(nóng)業(yè)與作物育種：a) Drought Resilience: building resilience from drought, improving profitability of farms in low rainfall years and reducing soil losses或b) Trusted agrifood exports: building trust in the safety quality and provenance of our agrifood exports to access high value markets and grow export premiums或c) Future protein mission: transforming existing
3）健康與生物技術(shù): Infectious disease resilience: antimicrobial resistance and vaccine development
4）納米技術(shù)與新能源材料：a) Hydrogen Industry: chemical hydrogen storage, transport, and industrial scale hydrogen utilization或b) Solar cells, solar fuels, and integration system
5） 海洋科學(xué)與藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)：a） Blue economy and sustainable development: Increase production in fishery/aquaculture while protecting the environment 或 b) Developing tools, environmental analyses to support food security and production from fisheries and aquaculture或c) Support sustainable offshore and coastal development或 d) Ecosystem-based fisheries management或 e) Enable sustainable multiple use/marine bioregional/spatial planning by delivering innovative decision support solutions或 f) Conservation of marine biodiversity: delivering monitoring and evaluation tools and intervention strategies focusing on enabling ecosystem resilience and/or restoration或g) De-carbonising the economy: marine carbon storage (blue carbon and carbon capture and storage)或 h) Renewable energy technologies that will enable low-carbon transition pathways for blue economy sectors
2. 中方牽頭單位應(yīng)為中國(guó)科學(xué)院下屬單位，澳方合作伙伴單位應(yīng)為CSIRO下屬研究部門。
3. 每個(gè)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行周期3年。
4. 中科院與CSIRO將擇優(yōu)支持5個(gè)項(xiàng)目，每個(gè)領(lǐng)域支持1個(gè)項(xiàng)目。對(duì)于獲批項(xiàng)目，雙方總部將分別提供100萬元人民幣及相當(dāng)金額的澳元的經(jīng)費(fèi)支持，項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行單位須按不少于1:1的比例提供匹配經(jīng)費(fèi)支持。項(xiàng)目還須包括第三方投入。（詳見附件3）
5. 正在執(zhí)行中科院與CSIRO合作項(xiàng)目的人員，不能申請(qǐng)2022年度合作項(xiàng)目。
二、項(xiàng)目申報(bào)辦法
1. 從即日起開始申報(bào)，截止日期為2021年9月10日。
2. 申請(qǐng)人須通過院ARP國(guó)際合作模塊中的“國(guó)際伙伴計(jì)劃”模塊填寫項(xiàng)目可行性報(bào)告，請(qǐng)?jiān)陧?xiàng)目類別選擇“中澳CSIRO項(xiàng)目”。需上傳的附件包括：
1）英文申請(qǐng)表（見附件1）。申請(qǐng)人必須在與CSIRO合作伙伴充分協(xié)商項(xiàng)目合作內(nèi)容，共同用英文逐項(xiàng)填寫；
2）項(xiàng)目雙方主要負(fù)責(zé)人的簡(jiǎn)歷；
3）第三方同意參與并投入資金的支持信（見附件2）；
4）研究所出具關(guān)于合作項(xiàng)目知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的意見書。闡明以下內(nèi)容：該項(xiàng)目是否涉及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)分配問題；如涉及，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的分配是否符合研究所的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
三、項(xiàng)目評(píng)審和管理
1. 中科院與CSIRO雙方將對(duì)項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)分別進(jìn)行評(píng)審，并根據(jù)雙方的評(píng)審結(jié)果協(xié)商確定資助項(xiàng)目；
2. 資助項(xiàng)目將于2021年12月前確定；
3. 獲得資助的項(xiàng)目須在2022年2月28日前簽署合作協(xié)議并在2022年9月1日前提交第三方投入證明材料，逾期將影響項(xiàng)目撥款。
因每個(gè)領(lǐng)域限報(bào)1個(gè)項(xiàng)目，如有意向申報(bào)，請(qǐng)于8月25日前聯(lián)系科研管理處（凌亦飛，45262）。
