(1)自旋拓?fù)涮冀Y(jié)構(gòu)的合成與表征。利用表面合成化學(xué)的手段,借助掃描隧道顯微鏡/顯微譜、非接觸式原子力顯微鏡和高分辨同步輻射譜學(xué)技術(shù),進(jìn)行低維自旋碳結(jié)構(gòu)的原子級(jí)精準(zhǔn)構(gòu)筑和相應(yīng)自旋態(tài)、拓?fù)鋺B(tài)的單分子尺度表征和解析,并探索其在電子器件中的應(yīng)用。
(2)有機(jī)反應(yīng)中間體表征。發(fā)展質(zhì)譜分離-STM-同步輻射譜學(xué)-針尖增強(qiáng)拉曼多維度表征系統(tǒng),將溶液反應(yīng)中復(fù)雜中間體利用軟著陸的方法沉積到樣品靶面上,通過(guò)STM對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行亞原子尺度成像,通過(guò)STM針尖與同步輻射耦合對(duì)其元素和價(jià)態(tài)進(jìn)行單原子尺度辨認(rèn),通過(guò)針尖增強(qiáng)拉曼對(duì)其官能團(tuán)進(jìn)行埃級(jí)分辨識(shí)別,從而明確中間體結(jié)構(gòu),明晰有機(jī)反應(yīng)機(jī)理。
