
1998年畢業(yè)于四川大學(xué)應(yīng)用化學(xué)系;2003年獲中科院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所理學(xué)博士學(xué)位;之后在美國伊利諾伊大學(xué)香檳分校(University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, UIUC)化學(xué)系Wilfred A. van der Donk課題組從事博士后及研究助理,研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)榛瘜W(xué)生物學(xué);2008年5月任上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所創(chuàng)新崗位副研究員,課題組長,研究生導(dǎo)師;2012年1月起任研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。
金屬有機(jī)氟化學(xué):以過渡金屬催化為手段,研究廉價(jià)易得的含氟工業(yè)原料和工業(yè)廢棄物的高效轉(zhuǎn)化,使之具有工業(yè)應(yīng)用前景,建立高效廉價(jià)金屬催化體系,發(fā)展高效溫和的氟化新策略、新反應(yīng)和新方法;
化學(xué)生物學(xué)相關(guān)研究:應(yīng)用化學(xué)生物學(xué)手段以及氟原子的獨(dú)特反應(yīng)性發(fā)展對多肽、蛋白、核酸進(jìn)行選擇性修飾的方法,并進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用到化學(xué)生物學(xué)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域中。
