蛋白質(zhì)合成與修飾途徑的化學(xué)生物學(xué),涉及基因轉(zhuǎn)錄、蛋白質(zhì)翻譯及翻譯后修飾過程的關(guān)鍵因子或酶的分子結(jié)構(gòu)、催化機(jī)理、功能調(diào)控以及藥物篩選等。當(dāng)前的主要研究對(duì)象包括:氨基酰-tRNA合成酶、糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、MiTF/TFE家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子等。
