2005年于中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海藥物研究所獲得博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)任上海藥物研究所研究員、課題組長(zhǎng)。從事難治性自身免疫性疾病的新藥研發(fā)，以及藥物干預(yù)新靶點(diǎn)和生物標(biāo)志物的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究。研制了數(shù)個(gè)候選新藥（1.1類化學(xué)藥物）進(jìn)入臨床研究，在疾病病理機(jī)制和生物標(biāo)志物研究方面也取得了一定進(jìn)展，已獲國(guó)內(nèi)外專利授權(quán)20余項(xiàng)，在SCI期刊上發(fā)表論文80余篇。主持國(guó)家重大科技專項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、上海市科委等項(xiàng)目；獲得中國(guó)藥理學(xué)會(huì)、上海藥理學(xué)會(huì)、上海藥學(xué)會(huì)等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)及榮譽(yù)。
針對(duì)難治性自身免疫性疾?。ㄣy屑病、炎癥性腸病、慢性腎炎等）和病毒感染性疾病開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新藥物的發(fā)現(xiàn)和基礎(chǔ)研究。
